We provide our exchange and return policy, which observes, preserves, and guarantees the rights established in the Consumer Protection Code and other applicable laws and regulations concerning consumer relations.

The customer's cooperation in following all the instructions from our customer service team is crucial for the success of the exchange, return, or refund process.

The customer may notify the withdrawal or regret of the product within 7 days after receipt, by email at eduartsbr@gmail.com or via WhatsApp: +49 1771635046.

The customer should contact our customer service and provide:

Order number;

Full name;

CPF (Brazilian ID);

Reason for return or exchange;

Photos identifying the reason.

If the product needs to be returned, it must be sent back in the same condition it was delivered to the customer:

In the packaging, in the original wooden box;

Without signs of use.

My painting arrived broken, what should I do?
This is very rare, as our packaging is strictly prepared. Check if the box is damaged, dented, or broken as soon as you receive the product from the courier. If any of these issues occur, open the box in front of the delivery person and check if the product is damaged. If there is a problem, refuse the delivery.
However, if the person who received the package did not check this, and you opened the box to find that the product is damaged, contact us immediately and send photos of the product. We will send you a replacement product at no cost and with top priority.
I made a mistake choosing the size, what should I do?
We recommend that customers use our free consultation service to avoid this mistake. However, if it happens, use the same box to pack the product as you received it. The product must be returned in the original packaging. The collection date will be arranged with the customer according to the courier's schedule.
How to return a painting?
For both damage cases and returns, we will produce the paintings as agreed and send them through a courier service. The same delivery team will pick up the paintings from your home and will only accept the return if the product is packed in the original packaging.
Refunds, how does it work?
If you are not satisfied with the product, we will process a refund within 5 business days. For this, please keep the original packaging. The transportation team will collect the product within 10 business days after the refund.
